  7. Hello everybody!!! Thanks so much to the last people who helped me claim my last lot of money back. Now, HSBC have taken the liberty of charging me AGAIN for the last few months where i have gone overdrawn! SO, whats the process of this? do i have to start from scratch again, like i did before? or can i send a letter to The solicitors asking for my last few months of charges back? Has anyone done this before? Cheers!
  8. right here we go. :S got a call back from a very nice lady (dunno who it was) to say they are going to check for me and call tomorrow. I REALLY hope they havent messed up. Cheers for the comments guys

  10. WELL DONE YOU!! i faxed back my acceptance on the 27th, so hopefully i might get mine soon too. How long did it take for u?
  11. i sent the fax baxk on the 27th, but i dont think anyone it bacn till the 3dr now anyway, so will call then and see what happens.
  12. best way to do it really, saves a lot of grief if it all goes wrong.
  13. oh thats not good. I think its because of the time of year. I need to phone my courts and tell them that DG have decided to pay out, so im in the same shoes as you. i will see what happens after new year. Might give them a call to see if they recieved my fax, and to see when payment will arrive. Hope it all goes ok for you, Mike
