hello, im so glad i found this site, in meaning to do this for a long time now. right then, i used to have a student account wiv lloyds but now it has changed to a graduate account. i am always in my overdraft and get charged overdraft excess fees!! is that right? im also bein charged like £30 a time if a D/D in not paid same wiv S/O. is that right? so i would really appriciate it if someone could giv me some advice on how to start the whole claiming back charges thing and if i am eligible?!?! thank you and please help me x
