this company make me see red then remeber who they really are and I start because all debts after 6 yrs are written off as bad debts and unless the LEGALLY SIGNED DOCUMENT IS WITH OUR BELOVED LOWELL THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEM CAN DO. They came after my husband after nearly 10yrs original debt with HSBC. Hi me and the old man joined today as just received a letter from RED in connection with the beloved LOWELL with regard to a "debt with HSBC".We have been together for 8 years and in these last 8 years my old man has not been with the HSBC. Once a debt has "been sold on to a DEBT COLLECTOR" (unless the LEGAL SIGNED AGREEMENT WAS WITH THEM) they have no legal rights to ask for that money, most of these said companies are nothing more than legalised loan sharks, who use imtimidation to get what they want, unfortunately some people pay all outstanding money straight away.
