I would like to submit a claim against Halifax plc on behalf of my friend who is a single mum on housing benefit. I have done spreadsheet of bank charges. Should I include paragraph showing budget of income/outgoings with the LBA to show that she is suffering particular hardship?

i've been handling a claim for penalty charges for a friend who is disabled. filed claim13th July - court now trying to stay claim in view of test case. I would to claim under hardship that stay be withdrawn as my friend is disabled and has just been advised that her benefit is to be reduced and that furthermore she has to repay £2000 for amount of overpayment - although error was on part of benefit office. Do you have a template for such a scenario?
