Spent 2 nights of a 14 night holiday AI and had to return as they could not offer any alternative accommodation. The hotel was atrocious, staff did not speak English even though it was a uk exclusive- food was ineadbile so we ended up paying to eat out which the rep was aware of - undrinkable drinks - limited water etc. They made me pay to return which contravenes Package Tour Operator regs and have dismissed my correspondence. It has been assessed by a solicitor who has confirmed I do have a claim against TC.
