hi, hsbc have just charged me £75 for goin over my overdraft on £2k, plus interest, i have an £80 fee coming out of my account in a couple of weeks, bit harsh as its gonna take me over my limit again after ive just recently got within it, now im not sure how to put in writing how to try and claim this amount back or at least reduce it as i do appreciate the fact i went over my limit but was never aware it was £25 each time and per payment after that. any idea or a basic template i can use for this stage of a charge claim?
