my only worry is that it is Hull court who has one of the judges that said he didn;t want to see any of these cases! I may as well send everything off though and see what happens.

thankyou. My court letter says they (the court)loooked at my case and I now have to reply by the 15th and the bank then have until 28th september to reply to that! Am wading thorough what to send now.

sorry I have only just found this site so have been doing things on my own until now. Well I am trying for 4.5k and have so far had 750 and a letter saying they won;t take it back if I still go to court. I have now got a court deadline of 15th august to have my terms and conditions etc etc into the court. I have looked on one of the sticky threads for what I need to send so will get that all together over the weekend. I pressume though that even if I send all my stuff as the bank have until 27 septemebr to reply they are going to say we don;t have to until the high court has mage a ruling? Feel a bit daunted about what I need to send but i suppose that is what they are hoping that I will back down. Will let you know who I get on
