My court hearing is due within the next 7 days and I have just realised I have not included a complete schedule of charges within this. DG solicitors have applied for a stay but the court have confirmed the hearing will still go ahead. The charge schedule is effectively the evidence I'm relying on in my case, if i don't have this what is the worst case scenario? Can the case be struck out and if so will I be able to make another claim? Can I turn up and ask for an adjournment? Should I turn up at all? Would I have to pay DG's costs?
