I am 21 and Lloyds have taken nearly £1000 off me in the last 2 years. I friend put me in touch with this site and said there were people on here who could talk me through claiming some of it back. Presumably the first thing I need to do is go back through my statements and calculate how much they have charged me. Is this correct? If anyone has time, a push in the right direction would be most appreciated! Thanks Nick
