Morpeth & Berwick county court = stay. The ******* ********

It's in the Morpeth & Berwick county court (small claims (hearing)) v Barclays. I have submitted my court bundle to the court and Barclays litigation within the 14 days. Today the time was up for submitting any court bundles and I haven't received one from Barclays, so I have sent a N225, to try and get a judgment hopefully before a 'stay' can be put in place. Have I done the right thing?
