  1. Many thanks to all On Tuesday 19th December I went to County Court hoping to get all my bank charges back from Lloydstsb, I sat down with the JP at 2pm, who informed me that Lloyds had sent him a fax saying that the money I was claiming was being paid into my Lloyds account. They paid everything I claimed for including the 8% interest. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this great website, I could not have succeeded without your help Merry Christmas to all Sandy:D
  2. Hi On 28/04/06 I asked for a complete list of transactions, which I received, on the 15/05/06. After I sorted through the fees that have been taken by Lloydstsb I was staggered to see that they have taken £1,900 from my account. I then sent a Request for repayment on 19/05/06 plus interest. On 31/05/06 I received a letter from Lloydstsb Customer Service Recovery Center saying in short they don’t agree with my request for repayment. So on 02/06/06 I sent a Letter Before Action. 7th June 06 and another letter Unfortunately there is little I am able to add to our previous letter etc O

  4. Hi I have followed all the instructions from this web site and have now received from the court “ General Form of Judgment or Order” . I’m now not sure what I have to send to the Court and Lloydtsb’s Solicitors. Any advice on this would help me greatly. Thanks Sandy
