Thanks Ukaviator, yes this is a Lloyds account. Good info on ammending the settlement letter. Have just received your post and will get busy looking thru the links. Have decided to wait and see if they do file a defence. Is it just me or are Lloyds and [problem] being deliberately inconsistent?

Has anyone else recieved a letter from [problem] entitled Strictly Without Prejudice Confidential? They are willing to pay £4317.42 in bank charges £8.52 in interest and £120.00 court fee, providing I sign this settlement contract and contact my local branch manager to review the account. If not a defence will be lodged by the deadline the 23rd of July. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

please help am new to forums. Also received a letter from SC and M this morning, "Strictly Without Predudice Confidential". I am at a loss as what to do, any suggestions?
