getting a bit confused here.My claim is over £750. .As I live in Scotland I would need to claim through the English courts. .I will then need an English Address. .If the address for claiming back from BoS is in Scotland do I still require to have an English Address. or can I go the route of sending off my preliminary letter , wait for rejection and then ask Financial Ombudsman to step-in. the address for the claim is below Customer Relations Bank Of Scotland Viking Way Rosyth Europark Rosyth KY11 2UU cheers

Hi just tallied up my charges and they come to over £800.Now am I correct in saying that as the charges are over £750 i cannot go through the Scottish Small Claims.If so then must I go through the English courts if and when I get to that stage. thanks BUCC1

Hi folks just registered and am about to reclaim bank charges from Bank of Scotland.If anyone has any advice before i commence it would be gratefuly received. cheers .
