First of all Hello Right i have just recived a letter from XX court say that there Claiment "Lowell Portfolio 1 Limited", are trying to take my home or land for a debt i Thought got settled. any way i got into debt due to Ill health and at the time of going thro treatment i settled all my CC bills and so on. Now this one has turned up out of the Blue and i was wondering what to do about it i am willing to pay the debt back any info would be great ! The court hearing is on the 13th Of August and it says, By this order should continue (With or without Modification) or should be discharged.
