Hi looking for some advice please. I had an account with a catalogue, Studio I was paying monthly then i lost my job and have been unable to claim benefits for various reasons so have had little and no money. I made an arrangement with Studio to pay £10 per month. I did miss a few or was late and they passed it on to Moorcroft. I ignored them and carried on paying Studio direct and continue to get statements from them. Last week i had a "doorstep" visit. I wasn't in so a letter was left asking me to get in touch blah blah Any advice what to do now? I have contacted studio and heard nothing back, ive checked online and my payments have been accepted by Studio. Any help appreciated

hi, hope someone can help. I have received a letter from Transcom for ebay i had a dispute with ebay as i sold a leather jacket, the buyer messaged to say it was not leather and wanted to return it, i said no as the label clearly states it is leather and pic of the label was on the listing, obv he just didnt like it or it didnt fit. i refused a refund and contacted ebay. i told them what had happened and said i was not refunding. he opened a dispute and of course ebay took his side and refunded the money. i had no money in paypal so it went to neg balance. i left it that way as why should i refund, its up to ebay if they chose to refund. I got the coat back a week later with a big mark down the front, clearly done by him. I still havent paid ebay back and now i have this letter. Anyone know where i stand

Sorry, my mistake, was 9 years ago. He paid some off through thames credit at the time but they messed him about so much he stopped paying but was still 9 year ago. So will i sent statute letter?

isnt there some sort of letter you send with £1 to get the info on what it is about. ? Will try and find the most recent letter and put what it says exactly thanks all

Hi all Just after some advice. My OH received a letter from MH, for £4k owed to barclays bank. This was a debt from about 15 years ago for about £800, thay is the only thing it could be. He has heard nothing from barclays themselves for 15 years, there has been the odd letter last year from DCa's but he ignored them. They have now been ringing him at work although i dont know how they found out where he worked. Ive been told there is a letter i can send as the debt is over 6 years old. Any help greatly appreciated.
