Sorry not sure as i didnt have to fill out one of these questionaires i was just asked to produce the bundle ready for the court, I have just received a letter from SCM this morning offering to settle out of court so i should be all being well be £5000.00 richer in a couple of weeks.

Hi there, Just got my letter from SCM with settling out of court. Yipeee £5000.00 richer. I am still going to send my bundle to the court just in case the money doesnt appear in my account

Hi Maxey, i dont think they know what there doing, hopefully i will get one of these letters today (post not arrived yet), not sure i will as my claim is for £5000. i would settle if i were you.

Hi Maxey I also received this letter, and have been to see my branch, who said all they could do was do the overview on my account as they were unable to authorise such a large amount and because the complaint had gone so far. was in there all of 5 mins, what a waste of my time.

Thanks for that, im just getting a bit nervous now about going to court and understanding all the information that it says to put into the bundle and what to say in court. need to get all information ready for next week, can you help with any of this.

hi, can anyone help, we have a court date of 31/07/07 and have today received a letter from lloyds solicitors saying they are going to defend and have requested we arrange to see our branch manager to review our account, Do you think we should do this or just wait and go to court??
