I would be very grateful if anyone can offer any advice. I have taken the yorkshire bank to the online court and they did not defend the claim. warrant has been issued and they now have 30 days to pay. I have not heard anything from them and they have 15 days left but i have been reading some of the other questions by people on this site and did not realise that the head office had moved to glasgow. The warrant that has been issued has been sent to Leeds. Do you think this is now lieing on an empty office floor? Is the claim still valid now the office has moved to scotland? Please help going crazy as i could really use the money.
