thanx Tilly , im hoping so to at least if they file a defence i can have chance to put my side across and the judges seem to be allowing cases to go through even though halifax wrote me twice saying they gonna apply for stay which i told lady at courts , she said not up to them and judges are allowing cases soo ,, just sit tight and wait lol

hello well phoned courts this morning , they told me that i should hear something next week as they still runing behind , if halifax not filed defence they will issue judgement , the courts are not allowing stays also on claims filed before 12th August ,, phew!!! mines went in on 25th July so any claims filed after 12th August are being held apparently , so hopefully i will have news some time next week , thought i would keep you informed . all the best
