hi all got letter from court today : Dear Sir/Madam Re: me vs Halifax With reference to the above case please find enclosed a copy of the defendents defence . the file has been referred to the DJ for directions . You will receive a court order in due course. Yours sincerely blah blah . ok do i need to start doing my bundle ? any advice welcome many thanx
