rang sc&m today they told me letter in the post ,either saying when money is going to bank or to make me an offer........

hi all looking for adice on what to do next ,had the letter saying they would like to enter into settlement negotiations but they wanted the normal things first i.e. a spread sheet ,how i came to the figure and account details .sent them what they wanted they recieved my reply on the 11th and thats 2 weeks ago ,do i wait or send a nudge letter or ring them ........thanks

i think the discrepancy is a ploy to get you worried ,they said that in my letter but i dont think they actually even read the letter we write

hi and thanks ,yes letter was sent recorded delivery and i also added that interest wasnt added but that i believed interest would be added at a later date .....should i have wrote that ???
