    Many thanks for that.When you say start a thread in your bank forum,do you mean in the alliance and leicester, or the forum on here.I have not been in contact with my bank only on legal terms.The info I received off Moneysavingexpert.

    Hi everyone just joined today.Never done anything like this before.Ive started because Im in the process of claiming my Bank charges,and have today got back a letter sayin the bank is going to defend the charge.Anyone got any words of HOPE Herman
