Hi everyone. I have sent all the letters to Bank of Scotland, and telephoned them twice they are now saying they are reinvestigating my claim and they should have an answer/offer for me in 2-3 weeks. I intend to take them to court but in scotland the Small Claims Court max is £750 and my charges are £2764 not including interest. What do you advise as my next move. Any suggestions! Nell21
