  1. Hi I am after some help if poss. dont know if I posted in the correct place I will explain my circumstances I had a managed loan with HSBC which I eventually cleared in 2006. I had some payment issues and agreed to pay extra payments to catch up my arrears. However when getting my credit report from Experian I can see three entries on there for these extra payments. I dont remember them advising that they would place an entry on my credit report. I recently tried to get a mortgage and was advised that these three entries are currently blotting an otherwise good report. Even though they are showing as Satisfied. I sent them (HSBC) a CCA asking them to substantuate these entries at the earliest possible opertunity. They have written back today advising that :- "they are unable to provide the information relating to the loan pursuant to section 77 of the CCA 1974 where the sum in the respect of that the loan is, will be or may become payable. Accordingly, where (as this instance) a loan has been fully paid we regret that we are unable to provide information to relating to thaat loan in response" Can any one advise what I should do next? Should I send a SAR asking for all the information.? Or can I just send back since you are unwilling or cant substantuate my claims asking for the three entries to be removed. Thanks

  5. Thanks already sent first responce and had it declined????

  7. Hi there I have had trouble with Nationwide, just need some help from you guys, yes I have not managed my nationwide account to well I have been a student and all that involves. Due to going into an unauthorized overdraft, DD being returned etc I have an outstanding balance on my flex account of -£535.00 I requested statements and praise where its due were sent very quickly I sent off on the 7th of May. I have tried many times to contact them frustratingly as everyone knows and only today I have managed to get through to them that I was supposedly sent a letter of decline on the 15th of May of which I never received. Can any one suggest what to do next. Do I have a timescale to appeal this. Do I get an appeal. Do I go to the financial ombudsman or do I just small claims court them. I have been successful with Halifax and HSBC who have paid up on time but stuck with Nationwide so some help would be great Thanks Taz
