i paid ---and got back £200 worth of fees from rundles. if they call 3 times it will get passed back to council. they cannot get break in but can climb through an open window/unlocked door etc. i know how you are feeling....it was me typing similar thing a few months ago...someone who can help more than me will be along soon! i wrote to them copying letters to local council, who were very nice.

i sent the cca request after the stat dec received. the date stat dec issued was 11/07 so hink i had til yesterday to do somehing? 21 days?

think i've left it too late to have this set aside, date on it was 11/07? however, i didn't sign for it (came ordinary post) and they have not supplied me with cca yet i requested - will i be ok do you think, to just leave it?

so what do i write on the forms and where???

Hi i got a reply for my CCA today - saying 'they hold no such document at the moment, but please be patient' and they are requesting it from 1st credit / halifax ??????????????????? what does this mean for me?

can't find link to that form? yes sent the cca what happens if they do send the requested agreement?
