Hiya's I need some help, my daughter got a contract phone from 3, this was all done over the phone, no signing of any contract. She dropped it accidently and now the phone turns it self off, you can't read the screen because the screen is broke and the phone is falling to pieces. Phoned them up to come and get it, they come and got it, sent the same phone back, said that they could not repair it, but still have to pay the bill for a phone that is useless, any help greatly appreciated. Was an 18mth contract only had it 3mths. Thx clue.

Hiya's No never got to say anything, we was in n out in literally minutes, the judge was like im granting stays, thank-you and goodbye. Who do i send the removal of a stay to, the judge? or wragges? or both? Take Care Debs xxx

Hiya's Was in court today, alot of good that was, judge granted a stay to all banks there was about 10 of us all in all, i was the only one there for A&L and wragges didn't even bother turning up, so now im going to apply for a removal of the stay. Take care Debs xxx

Hiya's My case has been transferred to Romford County Court, I rung them a few weeks ago and they told me that the Court is not granting any of the banks any stays, I'm in court on Friday 14th Sept 2007. Take care Debs xxx

Hiya's OMG i have butterflies and feel sick already, in court, Friday 14th Sept, I recieved a letter from wragges on Monday 10th Sept saying that they will be attending and that they intend to apply for a stay, I have no idea what to say to the judge and when i get nervous my words come out all jumbled arghhhh lol. I have my court bundle ready, i might take it with me just incase, so that it shows im prepared. Take care Debs xxx

Hiya's Mey I recieved the same letter today (24th Aug) just after i had rung Romford County Court where my case has been transferred to, they said that the court is not granting any stays and that i will have a court day in a few weeks at most, if you have not done so already i would ring the court just to see if the court where your case will be tried is going to grant any stays. Thx Jan, i will keep you upto date on what goes on, ty for link i will read it I have had no request for documents yet, I recieved a letter from A&L today (24th Aug) saying that they are going to ask for a stay, Should i send a letter to A&L saying that I phoned Romford County Court and that they have told me that there is no chance of the bank getting a stay, so see you in court? Help pls, sorry to be a nuisance but i cant seem to find the court bundle anywhere. I have also lost all my correspondence with bank, my puter went awol and i had to restore the thing so i lost everything Any help greatly appreciated. Anyways just thought i would let u know that Romford Court is not granting any banks a stay, i heard it from the horses mouth today (24th Aug), i recieved a letter from A&L today(24th Aug) saying that they are applying for a stay, well good luck to them cos the Court is saying NO lol. Hello, I just spoke to Romford County Court, that is where my case will be heard, The woman i spoke to said that the court is not granting any of the banks a stay, and that i will be getting a court hearing in the next few weeks, so hopefully all the courts will have the same idea clue
