I am looking into the matters you have raised and will contact you with a full response as soon as i have completed my investigations. In the meantime, i enclose a copy of our leafltet which explains how these matters are dealt with. If you do need to contact us, please quote reference.................. Hi, came across site the other day and it has really helped. i am waiting to hear back from HSBC as i calculated that they have take £4157 in charges over the last six years and have sent prelim letter. the waiting game begins. lol nat

Hi, i have just recently come across this website and found it very useful. i have sent my prelim letter to HSBC and am awaiting (i should be so lucky) to hear back from them. I looked at my statements going back six years and they have taken £4157 . The deadline is up on Thursday and my second letter will be sent have i not heard back from them. Just thought i would let people know my story lol Natty
