Good Afternoon Everyone, My name is Big China and I live on the west coast of Scotland. I am in the process of claiming back bank charges and have raised four small claims actions. My bank, 'good old' Lloyds TSB, have decided to dispute the actions and the preliminary hearing is tomorrow morning at Ayr Sheriff Court. On Martin Lewis' website he suggested that one of the only cases that was found in favour of the bank was because the claimant did not provide any evidence of why the charges were unlawful, IE.they presented no case. Furthermore he suggested that if I register here that some of you lovely people out there may be able to help me. can you give me any advise on how to present relevant evidence or structure a coherent case?
