  1. It also states : " If you are returning your vehicle to Vauxall finance, the process is simple and straight forward. The vehicle must have been appropriately maintained with a service record, and be in appropriate condition ( which means subject only to fair wear and tear )". Does this mean I cannot return the vehicle as I have no record of service history ? Thanks.
  2. Hi. I am considering voluntary termination of my car finance with GMAC. The documentation states that: "The vehicle should always be serviced in accordance with the manufacturers maintenance shedule and a record of the service history should be retained as described in the terms and conditions of your agreement". I have serviced my vehicle regulary myself, however I have no proof of this. What effects will this have ? Thanks.
