You need to go to the moneyclaim website and fill the form in there are notes for guidance in the moneyclaim site, the link is on the main forum page, When they payout, you will be credited to your bank account if its closed then you will have to ask them for a cheque

You can claim them both at the same time but before you go any further please read the FAQs and step by step instructions also spend a couple of days reading some of the threads to aquaint yourself to what to do how to do it and when to do it -

Donations are done electronically its like paying for something on ebay it gets sorted out you do not have to supply an email addy for the recieving party

We used snail mail for the DPA request on one and email on another two, if the account is still open then you can ask them to take out the ten pounds fee from the account. We do not advise phoning them Yes keep all correspondance

We didnt with our mcol claim, the bank emailed us and asked for one.
