Hi, like lots of others i'm new to all this but am keen to get back the money from my bank. Having read quite a few bits of info i have picked up that HSBC may close my account if i claim back the charges on more than one account. I'm planning to claim back on 2 and a credit card, plus my partner will claim from his account. As i also have a £2000 overdraft to which i'm generally almost to the limit, are they likely to close my account in which case i have real financial problems. Can somebody help please, and has anybody got any personal experience in simillar circumstances? I don't really want to act on maybe's.
