Can someone tell me how to start proceedings under the Protection from Harassment Act. Do I just use an N1 form?

In the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, it says, "An unfair term in a contract concluded with a consumer by a seller or supplier shall not be binding on the consumer." My question is: how big is a term? I have a problem with a single numbered clause in a contract which includes (I paraphrase) "we may screw you over for any reason, including but not limited to the following ..." It seems obvious to me that "for any reason" causes a significant imbalance. Does this fact invalidate the entire numbered clause, or just the "for any reason" bit?
