Hi Everyone, I do hope someone out there is going to be my night in shining armour. I have taken on Barclays and I know I'm not the first one. I followed all the steps through the small claims court and they entered their defence on the last day almost hours b4 the end of their allocated time!:o Help!!! What do I do now. My friend has had the same trouble with Abbey and she went to her local court to see what to do and they said nothing!!! Do we wait for the courts to contact us now?? Really grateful for any help you can offer me.
