I will fill in the questionnaire they sent to me and then I will have to wait for the statements from them. Is this the correct way to do it?

I have started a claim against Citicards, they have sent me a questionnaire for completion and return. I will complete but feel they will give me the run around as I successfully completed bank charges from HSBC with just the first letter and following statement of charges ! :o Sarah_Jane

I have read with interest I am a new member, successfullly claimed back from First Direct £1500 (no interest). I now wish to make a claim against Halifax and Citicards,can anyone help?
