I got the same letter as you, they offered me £528.50 out of £1,643.5 saying that is the difference had they charged £12. i just ignored the letter as i had already started court proceedings. a few days later i get the defence and a cheque from a+l for £648.50 and this time they included the court fees to the total on the cheque along with a letter saying in other words "you won't win". they now have until the 29th of june to form a defence, however they already sent me one on the 7th. will this make things quicker? No court dates as yet, just hope it's not too long. I issue my claim on the 22nd may,a+l "got it on" 27th may and they had till 10th june to reply.

Hi Thio, you make it sound like you have hit Ali in his leicesters before. i'm going thru all this my self with same letters being received from them, just a question what is an n1 and how do i get it or do i wait to be told to get one. cheers

Oh boy! to think i'm on the tip of the iceberg, this shows i'm not alone. ive yet to start loading the big guns and now i'm waiting on court dates i think. good luck to those near the end.

Hi there guys. I am on the proses of getting my charges back & so along with so many people out there it is nice to have found this site. I am on the court stage of my claim & so far i have a defence from A&L. this is all new to me so I hope it all works out & I walk away with a fist in the air shouting ALRIGHT!
