Not really sure what I am doing so here goes! I am in the process of reclaiming from Woolwich (soon to be Barclays). I am claiming £636. After letter 2 they offered me £348 which I refused. I asked for a settlement figure of £500 but they refused. We are now in the court process via MCOL. I recieved a letter yesterday to say they have acknowledge the claim and intend to defend it. The form was signed by their solicitor. Now it is getting really serious and I am getting really scared..... really need some good advice.
