Well as the wonderful 'man in black' forecast....... Nationwide paid the balance of my claim (Interest & costs) into my account. What a sweet feeling. Do I need to write to the court now? I guess I do. Thanks to everyone who has helped me, xxxxxxxxx
  2. HI my position is exactly the same. I am told that the balance outstanding may still go into my account, as sometimes it goes in in dribs and drabs, but I think I am going to write to Nationwide's solicitors and request the balance outstanding.
  3. Thank you for your help

Please do not be sarcastic. I am VERY new to all of this. As a 50 year old lady - not only am I trying to understand Claim/Court procedures but also how to use the Internet/Forums etc etc. A little help and advise is all I am TRYING to ask for. Thank you to EVERYONE who has helped me get this far.
  5. No I havent read anything about anyone else receiving a partial settlement. I work 60+ hours a week and have very limited time to read all the threads. I have learnt so much on this site BUT I still, obviously, have a lot to learn!

Hi Everyone - Thought I would check my Flex Account this morning. Blimey there was £1427.50 refund to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! £999.00 and £428.50. They credited a further £615.20 but then reversed it out. Only question now is .....My claim was for £1447.00 plus interest of £384.51 totalling £1831.51, should I pursue the £404.01 difference or just forget it???? If you advise I pursue it ...how do I do that???
  9. Eversheds dealing with my claim and they paid out yesterday .... their time would have been up on 2nd July

  14. Can ANYBODY help me......... PLEASE
  15. Hi some advice PLEASE I started my claim, using Money Claim Online, on 29/05/2007. Paperwork from the court says it was 'deemed to be served' on 04/06/2007. An 'Acknowledgment of Service' was filed on the 1st June 2007 by Eversheds Solicitors. What do I do now? What is likely to happen next and on what date should I be doing something else if no defence is filed? Thank you in anticipation of your help
