Hello could some one please give me a bit of guidance. My court date is set for the 14th september, i have sent of my couirt bundles to both the court and barclaycard. I have read in the forums about contacting the ligatation team at barclay. Should i contact them and if so what should i say to them. Or is there a possibility of the case being stayed or will barclaycard settle before court.
