  1. Thanks for the welcome parkvale. I posted a thread onto lloyds forum and was told (nicely)to keep to my original thread to avoid confusion. Am new to all of this and was wondering if you could tell me where would be the best place to post? Apologies for being a bit dim! But havent had computer very long so am still a bit slow!!
  2. Hi all, thanks for the welcome parkvale. Only joined recently so if i'm in the wrong place accept my apologies!! I have had a look around and found all the information really interesting! I'm making a claim against lloyds tsb, and i sent the LBA on 22nd may, i hadn't had a reply within the 14 days so i rang royal mail yesterday, prior to starting my claim on MCOL, and they havent delivered it yet! They apologised and said we've got till next tuesday to delivery it, if not i can put in a claim!!!!!!! Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what did you have to do?
  3. Hi, new to all of this. Have started my claim to get charges back from the one and only lloyds tsb! Recieved statements pretty quick, after sending first letter from MSE website, received standard letter from them saying no can do..... Sent 2nd letter informing them of court action within 14 days, this is up tomorrow! Have heard nothing from them at all. Sent the letter recorded delivery, bit unsure of what to do now. Do i send them another letter informing them that i intend to take them to court or do i just contact MCOL? Sorry if i seem to be a bit slow but i find all this quite daunting!
