I have just received the following from my local district court: ======================================================= General Form of Judgment or Order Before DISTRICT JUDGE XXXXXX sitting at Warrington County Court,The Law Courts, Legh Street, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 1UR. Upon the Courts own motion. The Court has made this order of its own initiative without hearing. If you object to the order you must make an application to have it set aside, varied or stayed within 7 days of receiving it IT IS ORDERED THAT The claim be stayed until 4pm on the 30th July 2007. The claimant shall, by that date, file and serve a schedule of changes sought and a fully pleaded claim, in default of which the claim be struck out. Dated 18 June 2007 (Although the letter is dated 25 June 2007) ======================================================= Any ideas what I am supposed to do, as I'm a bit confused?
