  1. Given that the mystery of the tickets has been solved, I now need advice whether to appeal to the Euro Car Parks. I called the health centre I parked in, and they informed me they have a new system in place where you need to input your registration. I don't remember doing that but it doesn't mean I didn't. I had a doctors appointment on the day which can be verified by the practice, however, looking at other peoples experiences with ECP they refuse appeals. I have now filled out an ANPR questionnaire. Thank you 1 Date of the infringement 30/09/2020 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 06/10/2020 [scan up BOTHSIDES as ONE PDF- follow the upload guide] See previous 3 Date received Don't know 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y/N?] Y 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Registration 6 Have you appealed? [Y/N?] post up your appeal] No Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up N/A 7 Who is the parking company? Euro Car Parks 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Hornsey Central Health Centre 151 Park Road N8 8JD For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under. BPA
  2. Hello DX Yes I see now. When I was looking at the time I assumed it was at night when I received the initial parking ticket. This was a doctors appointment in the morning so assume parking is no longer free. It's over 2 months since my windscreen ticket but no follow up is this normal? Thank you for your help.
  3. I wasn't sure how much I should reveal, I found the process very challenging . The address was printed as the Amazon building new river avenue n8 7QB They said I was parked at Hornsey central health centre. 151 park Road n8 8jd

HOUSING ASSOCIATION BLOCK LONDON 20201117_222242 SMALL-converted.pdf
  5. Hello I parked in a housing association block of flats which is now largely free parking, since there was never enough spaces for the number of residents. There are designated spaces, but other than that people just park against the opposite wall. I parked a bit further up in front of another car and received a ticket citing obstruction even though wasn't obstructing anything. I have checked the ticket and the location is about a 7 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk. The picture does not show me parked in the block just my registration. Euro Car parks are the operators. Any advice guys Thank you:)
  6. Just in case you don't read my post, I had my court costs cancelled twice! This last time was because despite telling them I could not pay the amount they requested, they insisted I did. However at no time over many emails, did anyone tell me I could have paid over 12 months instead of 10. If they had, there wouldn't have been a problem. The woman I spoke to cancelled it over the phone straightaway. If this is the case with you, they should be made to explain themselves.
  7. Hello I am pleased to say, I had my summons cancelled. The day before my court case I rang to get some information, and found out there was an option for people struggling to pay over 12 months instead of 10. Not at any point during the 12 messages sent back and forth by 3 different advisors was this information given to me. If it had been I would have been able to manage the payments. The summons was cancelled by the person I spoke to very easily. So it can be done despite what you're told.
  8. Hello Everyone I received a summons last year due to incorrect information given by one of the employees. I attended 'court' and asked to see the judge. 2 minutes later the £125 was waived and I was allowed to make the outstanding payment before the end of March this year. I actually paid it off in the Feb, but in the same email confirming it was paid, they found an outstanding amount from 2011. I could not remember the circumstances of this and asked for copies of the bill which was refused. I then explained that I would not be able to pay the additional £100+ pounds plus my current council tax within the time. I asked on three occasions if I could have a financial statement, to show my expenses and this too was refused, despite them saying it would be counterproductive to send a court summons. I tried to pay a little extra for a couple of months but could not manage the amount they wanted. They have sent another summons. Of course I will be going back to court again, but want to know if they should have allowed me to send in a financial statement, because clearly if I cant pay the additional amount, how am I supposed to pay the court fine too.
  9. Hi all Thanks for your time, they did not supply the picture of it attched to my windscreen the ceo notes or a copy of the original pcn. The security guard saw me talking outside the store to the warden, and I certainly didnt run off. I assumed he exercised discretion as he saw my child and dog outside the store in the car, (other shops on that side further away) the difference in restriction times opposite which I explained to him, and the fact he didnt give me the ticket! Its a bit worrying as I am on benefits, and I hold my hand up to not buying a ticket but if I commited an offence give me the ticket!
  10. Hi Nero Thanks for replying, my appeal was written in the space provided on the back of the pcn they sent me, I will however scan the NOR today.
  11. I received a NOR and am wondering whether to take it to patas. In a nutshell, I was sent a ticket in the post that was never issued to me. I came out before the traffic warden placed the ticket on my car. I stood up and had a conversation with him explaining I had been confused because, on coming down the hill I the restrictions were 10am -4pm and I was going to park there, but a parking space became available directly outside the store opposite, (no sign at the spaces where I was) as I had my child and dog in the car I needed to be able to see them in the car as of course you cant take dogs in. the conversation with the warden ended and he walked off with the ticket screwed up in his hand. I thought this was the end of it until I got a ticket in the post. The NOR did not explain why I wasn't issued the ticket, did not supply me with a picture of the ticket on my windscreen the ceo notes and copies of the original pcn, as requested on the appeal letter. I want to take it to patas as a procedural impropriety and also the council failed to answer my points. Any thoughts appreciated.
