Got a very welcome letter today from Abbey settling our claim in full. That's £890 of our money back where it belongs! We had just started getting our court bundle together, but their early capitulation has saved us a lot of time and stress. As a nice extra bonus, we also received £100 from RBS today as a thanks for switching accounts to them!!
