  1. Hi, Can anyone help? I am a bit stuck on my court bundle. Do I need to include my statements going back 6 years in my bundle? I'm sure I read somewhere on this site that they all need to be included. Is this true?? Thanks Monkey
  2. Hi Barty, Thanks for the message - fingers crossed everything is in hand but I will certainly be in touch if not!!
  3. Hello, I've been reading through all the threads on this site and it has been so useful for me! I am claiming on behalf of myself and my husband, so we actually have 2 claims in the court process at the moment. Our details are: 8th March wrote to LTSB requesting refund of charges and recieved standard response 7th April wrote again requesting refund and threatening court action, and again recieved standard response started proceedings through MCOL and recieved 9 point defence from SCM solicitors on 26th May My husbands court date is 9 August and mine is 28 August, both in Bristol County Court. I am in the process of putting together my court bundle and am just about ready to get them sent off. A LOT of photocopying involved!!! Any advice or info is VERY welcome, and I will keep you posted! Monkey.
  4. OK I will send them off...thanks. No, I don't have a thread of my own... I guess I should start one? I am only claiming £645.00. (I say only but it's a lot of money to me, but a small amount in comparison to others!)
  5. Hi Broke Dave, While you are on line - what did you do about the schedule of charges? Did you send one to SCM and to the Court? I'm in the same position and am confused as to whether I need to do this or not. I sent off my charges with my letters to Lloyds initially. Have 9 point defence. thanks.
  6. Great, thanks Broke Dave...That's my bundle sorted then! (Hopefully). Did you add anything extra to your bundle, other than what is on the thread 'Got a court date? Read this...'??
  7. Hi there, I've had a Lloyds account for around 15 years, and I am putting my court bundle together. The only thing I am missing are my t's and c's. I am a bit confused as to how old they should be. I've checked out the links on this thread, but the oldest ones only go back to 2004. Do I need to find older ones than that, or can I use them in my bundle?? Thanks!
  8. On the subject of Court Bundles - I am putting mine together at the moment. Does anyone know if I need to include the full report 'Analysis of unfair terms in Schedule 2' or just section 5.8 ? I am not sure if the whole report is relevant, or just that bit? Thanks!
  9. Hi, Yes - i've just been reading through other peoples threads and it looks like it is pretty common now. Have you had a court date yet?
  10. Hello, I have filed a claim against Lloyds and i've had a response from the County Court saying that Lloyds have filed a defence to my claim against them. That is pretty much as I expected, but it goes on to say that "the filing of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with in this case" Why don't I have to fill one out?? Has this happened to anyone else? and more importantly, does anyone know if this is a good or a bad thing? any advice would be appreciated! Rach
