Hi,im waiting to find out if ive got to do an AQ,if anyone can answer you that would help me too.Im worried in case ive not done my paper work properly and it gets thrown out.Im not great at this sort of thing.

hi,im sorry to but in but im in the same position,Abbey have until the 25/7 to acknowledge my claim and although ive been reading and reading i seem to be going round in circles.I claimed using MCOL but didnt realise at the time that it wouldnt be my local court that deals with it.Its miles away. I am really unsure about all the paper work I need .Please Help.

Hi,im panicking now.I have just arranged my mcol and ive put the address which is on my statements etc (prescot street)what will happen if i should have put the other address that people are using. Also how do i find out exactly what should be in my court bundle? Plus im not sure exactly when my account was opened,probably 18 yrs ago or more.HELP PLEASE!!

hi,i keep getting letters from abbey saying we are looking into it, you should here within 4 weeks.ive had two of these after i said i would be taking them to court.any advice?
