Hello all, I am taking PC World to the small claims court, about a cracked screen on an ADVENT Laptop. They say I broke it.....I say the screen was defective and cracked after 2 hours of extremely light use Has anyone had experience of cracked, or damaged screens, on ADVENT or any other type of laptop, after short period of time, or straight out-of-the-box? Hello all, I am due to take PC World to the small claims court, about an ADVENT Laptop that had a cracked screen. Has anyone had experience, of an ADVENT laptop, or any other laptop, having a cracked screen, very soon after purchase? Maybe cracked in shipping, or in light use?
