i have made a big mistake by trusting a estate agent. i have put my property on the market and i need it sold quickly. a month has gone by. if i do not sell soon i may loose the house i am buying. i have now discoverd that i have sighnd up for a 16 week sole agency contract at 2 present and 3 precent multiple i want to change agents . i had no experance in selling property and the chap that came around made lots of promissis and he asured me that this is the norm and it is good deal . i have now realised i have beentaken for a sucker as most agents charge just 1 present . can any one help? how can i cancel this contract. this estate agent is not a member of OEA. i would be greatefull if any one can give me some advise.
