  1. Can anyone help me with some consumer advice and my rights? I booked into a B&B on thursday night for three nights. Arrived last night at 4pm and had to leave and go home for a family emergency at 8pm after spending only 4 hours and only spending 1 hour in the accomodation. I understand paying for the night we arrived but are we entitled to any refund for the other two nights? They are telling us they will not give us a refund for any night and there is a ten day cancellation period. That is not helpful to us as we only booked it less than 24 hours before. Is there anything we can do? Thanks Chris
  2. Evening folks. I sent away my request for them to refund all my charges by recorded delivery, and gave 14 days to refund to me the charges. A month has passed now without hearing anything. Do I send a friendly reminder first (if so is there a template for this), or go straight to lodging with the courts ? many thanks Milesy
