Can anyone help me with some consumer advice and my rights? I booked into a B&B on thursday night for three nights. Arrived last night at 4pm and had to leave and go home for a family emergency at 8pm after spending only 4 hours and only spending 1 hour in the accomodation. I understand paying for the night we arrived but are we entitled to any refund for the other two nights? They are telling us they will not give us a refund for any night and there is a ten day cancellation period. That is not helpful to us as we only booked it less than 24 hours before. Is there anything we can do? Thanks Chris

Evening folks. I sent away my request for them to refund all my charges by recorded delivery, and gave 14 days to refund to me the charges. A month has passed now without hearing anything. Do I send a friendly reminder first (if so is there a template for this), or go straight to lodging with the courts ? many thanks Milesy
