OK go to the court under the original reference number, and satisfy the warrant. You need to go to the cashiers. The warrant would of been issued for a set amount say £60.00 that would be your liability order, that is to say,the court has agreed that the fine of £60 is payable, any amount after that is the bailiffs charges. Pay the court direct. IGNORE THE BAILIFF. DO NO LET HIM INTO YOUR HOME AND DO NOT CALL HIM. After you pay the court let us know what happens.
