  1. As i mentioned i estimated 2 years out of the whole 6 that i was claiming back and they never disputed it ... but reading other posts this has caused a bit of bother for people later on ... so i would read up on other threads so u have everything covered ....and good luck!!
  2. Yeah i could only go back about 4 years online , so i made an estimation on the 2 years that were missing .. when i sent my 1st letter to TSB i put my estimated amount on there , it was then down to them to dispute that sum , they never did and paid up the full amount today (12th)!!!! :)
  3. Well after 3 months , 2 letters , small claims case started (as far as allocation questionaire) ...TSB have finally paid up !! I sent off the acceptance letter to [problem] , they received it on Monday (9th) , money in my account today (12th) ... so much for their 2/3 week backlog on receiving payments ?? A big thanks to all the people who have posted helpful responses and threads , and for CAG for having a great forum and helpful info!! Good luck to all others chasing their money ... they will pay up !!! Just keep at 'em!!! :) ps - can i donate to this site ????
  4. Just keep on at them, i sent an email over 4 weeks ago mentioning that i was not happy with responses being ignored...................they replied to that email today (Thursday) ....just keep at 'em ...good luck !!!!
  5. cheers fella for all your help , should i edit the letter tho slightly .. it mentions about not signing the agreement , but then you mention about crossing certain things out but then signing it???!! help mucho appreciated
  6. ok im going to send back both letters , so i send the letter stating i am not accepting all their terms , and also the acceptance letter (unsigned) ???
  7. Hi all i received the same 2 letters from [problem] this morning , i'm tempted to do like you have mentioned , including adding the extra letter. Just want to be really sure that this will not disrupt anything and that they will pay up still??? a little worried thats all!!
