i got a letter on 10.8.07 to say they will pay, i received a cheque today

they changed solicitors befor going to court and settled my claim.they still wont admit they are in the wrong,they said it is not worth going to court for a small amount,i dont think 5k is a small amount.

sitcom 123 there where no terms and conditions i do not bank with them now.

Hi Just started my claim today not sure if you can claim more than 6 yrs, If you can then i think you should stick out for all you have been charged. Good luck

Yes it only goes back 4 yrs they took away my 10K overdraft and forced me to take out a loan,so changed banks
