I have 2 old british gas bills one for around £130 and another for £270, i agreed to pay £10 a month on each acc, last month they set up 2 more dd on my bank acc aswell as the original ones so i cancelled them and rang them up today to reset up one dd on each acc as before but now they refuse to reset it back up and said they'd send someone round to my home, i said i wouldn't let them in so it was a waste of time so now they've said they'll take legal action. I don't work, but as my boyfriend does we live off his wages, the only money i actually get is child benefit and child tax credits the rest is my boyfriends money so now do i leave it and wait for the court letters or is there something else i can do?

Does anyone have any contact details for these, i cant find any correspondence for these but im paying a debt off with them but no idea how much is left on it.

Just had a letter from the district judge which says: IT IS ORDERED THAT unless the defendant do by 4:00pm on 26 june 2007 file a completed allocation questionaire, the defence will be struck out and the claimant will be entitled to enter judgement by default. Do you think barclaycard will do this? could really do with this money soonish as im due to give birth in 6 weeks time and fed up of barclaycard dragging this out, its now being going on since last october.

Ive just been to the court to hand in my AQ for barclaycard and attached this to it, guess i better get things ready now. Do i send this info direct to the defendant or to the court?

Im starting to hate barclaycard, we went to the court this morning as we hadn't received their defence but it looks like the filed it at the weekend and the bank holiday has held it up a bit, now waiting for the AQ and sorting out my court bundle, we're only claiming £880 so its a pain to have to go this far for it (started the inital claim last october) and could do with the money as baby is due in 9 weeks. Hope we get a court date soonish.

This is our first claim we've done, we're at the stage now where barclaycard have filed a defence so ive started reading up on our court bundle, on the part where is says latest schedule of charges do we just put the first amount of charges we claimed for or can we add any others we've incurred since we first started this claim?

We just went down to the court as the 28 days were up yesterday and barclaycard had put in a defence over the weekend for us too which we haven't been sent (court said its due to bank holiday) but managed to get a copy from the court.
